Water is a visual extravaganza. It becomes a medium which can portray more than one image. A composite that not only shows what is in focus but a brilliant play of what is around the focus.

Wandering in the central park is one of my favorite weekend activity. I invariable spend atleast a few hours in the weekend exploring the park, and it keeps surprising me with new discoveries. This picture was taken during fall(as you may have guessed it by the colors!) during one of my casual strolls.

This image is a classic example of this multi-image extravaganza that water can create- its a photographer’s delight. I love the bright fall colors which have created this brilliant background and the ripples in the water that have provided a natural bokeh for the focus in the center.

Aah, its such a reminder of the non wintery days! Its been a long winter, and its officially spring now! I look forward to seeing colors in the park once again.
